Futons aren't that bad! It took me like 6-7 months to realize that my migraines (or CDHs) were caused by my bed, I went back to IKEA bought the mattress that was dearer, plonked it ontop of the bad one and hey presto, I sleep like the dead... not the undead. (I was assuming you got a futon from the landlord.) Hey, you know something? Futons aren’t that bad!
